What Happens Next

Keep an eye on your inbox for a confirmation email with your appointment date and time. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or give us a call.

Getting Ready For Your Visit

• Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face where possible.
• If your treatment involves injectables: avoid alcohol, anti-inflammatorys and fish oil for 24 hours beforehand to help reduce the chance of bruising. Also ensure no vaccines 2 weeks prior.
• If you have any active cold sores or infections please reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment — this gives us the chance to offer your spot to another client.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the $50 booking fee, and a new booking fee may be required to rebook.
