Rosacea is a long-term chronic skin condition where the face becomes easily red & sensitive, often with flushing and sometimes small pimple-like bumps. In many cases this inflammation is also linked to an increase presence or heightened immune reaction to Demodex mites, which are normal harmless skin organisms living in hair follicles and oil glands.
